We invite you to take part in a marathon of 12 online zazens, over 24 hours, led by the nuns and monks of the kosen sangha planet, already present and always present since the origin of this practice.

Goal
To offer the zazen practitioners of Master Kosen’s sangha the possibility to practice together one day a year, in different parts of the world, in spite of the distance. To broaden the interest in zazoom beyond the one we are responsible for, and to discover how others do it. To launch the practice of zazoom, at the beginning of the school year in Europe.

Program
Start: Saturday September 14, 07:00 Argentina time, 12:00 Central European time. Ends: Sunday morning. Usual zazen ceremony with Toshi and Paula. Slots last two hours, so it’s easy to get together and rest between zazens.

Rules for zoom practice
- Connect with the microphone switched off, before or at the time of the wood.
- Position the camera at a distance that allows the operator to observe the complete posture of the PROFILE, i.e. from the knees to the top of the head.
- Good lighting
- It is not possible to stand up or disconnect before the end of each zazen.
- Before each zazen, it will not be possible to make unnecessary conversation. This will only be possible once the zazen has been completed.
